LOVE THE SKIN YOU ARE IN
By combining aesthetics training with additional training in nutrition, healthy lifestyle coaching, yoga, Ayurveda, and other preventative and healing practices, I can customize a holistic regimen to help you improve the look, feel, and feelings about the skin that you are in. With simple tweaks to your lifestyle, you can clear up all kinds of skin issues and achieve a clear glowing complexion.

I completed over 600hrs of skin therapy clinic hours and a three-month internship with a dermatologist to become a licensed provider of skin and touch therapies that help clients regenerate skin ecologies, balance the skin's PH, relax the mind and body, and tune into your spirit.

The skin, the largest organ encompassing the entire body, is fascinatingly neurophysiologically complex. It is a sensory organ – transmitting pleasure, pain, itch, temperature, and touch information to the central nervous system; it is also the first line of defense of the immune system. No wonder skincare has been one of the most popular self-care rituals in human history!
