About

Description

Hi, I'm Inda Luciano—a holistic health devotee, teacher of perennial wisdom, and purposeful creative. I'm the founder and author of INDAYoga.org, a platform for integrative practices and conscious living, and INDALifestyle.org, a journal about healthy lifestyle, culture, and life experience examined through the lens of the new paradigm. Both publications are a heartfelt invitation to create space for personal and spiritual growth and expand consciousness.

My work is grounded in a multidisciplinary foundation of training and experience. I’m certified in MindBody Centering Yoga Therapy, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness coaching, restorative yoga, and children’s yoga education. I’ve developed and implemented wellness curriculums that blend healthy lifestyle, conscious movement, creativity, and play skills for all ages. My experience also includes life design, heart-based environmental education, and facilitation of community ceremonies, rituals, and retreats—each informed by a deep commitment to healing and transformation.

To complement my practice, I’ve also studied and/or earned certifications and licensures in healthy lifestyle coaching, nutrition, somatic-informed Pilates, natural and medical skin & touch therapies, and permaculture. With a college degree in journalism, I bring a storyteller’s eye and a researcher’s rigor to every piece I write—whether I’m exploring wellness, culture, or the subtle art of living well. What qualifies me to write for INDA Lifestyle is not just my training, but my lived experience, my curiosity, and yes—a few secrets up my sleeve.

INDA Lifestyle is a space where I explore the art of living well. Through thoughtful reflections on life, culture, and everyday rituals, I share inspiration, practices, and mindset shifts that support a joyful, sustainable lifestyle. You’ll also find well-researched insights on holistic wellness to help you cultivate a vibrant, fulfilling life — with topics ranging from yoga (mind-body-spirit healing and union) to fitness, nutrition, natural beauty, creativity, conscious style, and community connection.

I approach my journalism and reporting with a deep sense of curiosity and non-judgment to bring you thought-provoking content intended to equip you with additional strategies for living a life of greater fulfillment and purposeand inspire you to live your best life! To do so with integrity, my content might question business-as-usual, status quo, and challenge taboos and stereotypes, always seeking harmony and connection. With an open mind and a service-oriented approach, I ask probing questions and remain deeply reflective about the topics that I engage in, often updating my articles after publication as my understanding evolves. I’m comfortable being at the forefront pioneering the exploration of new modalities and practices so you can benefit from what you learn here and at INDAYoga.org and stay ahead of the curve.

I believe in your freedom and good judgement to take what resonates with you or find beneficial and release what doesn’t. I write about and recommend only what I genuinely believe is worthy of your time and investment. And above all, I value your trust and hold it in the highest regard.

I’m delighted you’re here!
