While on winter vacation in Puerto Rico, spent a magical sun filled day around the tropical forest with one of my sisters who lives there and studies horticulture at the UPR. One of her professors and her husband lead us on a little excursion and treated us to a typical Christmasy feast culminating with a delicious Arroz con Dulce.
