One of the easiest ways for me to make sure I eat all those nutritious fruits and veggies I buy at the farmer's market is by making smoothies. When I started experimenting making veggie & fruit smoothies the consistency I got depended on what I had in my fridge. But with trial and error now I know how to make perfect smoothies every time.



This is the best video I've found that demonstrates how you can avoid foamy, unpalatable green smoothies by knowing the difference between soluble fiber and insoluble fiber. By adding fruits that are rich in soluble fiber you can transform the texture of a green smoothie into something creamy and delicious. Mmmm...
